Customer Service Representative!

Location: Virtual but must be Canadian Resident

Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours week) with full time potential

TechyKids Canada is growing and we are actively looking for a highly energetic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! TechyKids in the leading company in Canada that teachers children aged 9-14 coding. As a sales and customer support representative you will excel at providing support to our parents and students.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

  • Lead information sessions for parents and students interested in joining TechyKids

  • Provide support to our Sales Coordinator such as (but not limited to); entering and tracking leads in our database, creating and sending marketing emails, transaction support and follow ups.

  • Other duties as requested

 

You have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.

  • Work wells in a team environment and independently

  • Flexibility and adaptability are a must.

  • High energy and positive attitude

  • Excellent computer skills

  • This is a work from home position. Candidate must have excellent internet.

  • Added bonus would be sales experience to support our sales team!
     

Other Notes about this Role:

Our summer hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm. In the Fall, the candidate will be expected to work Saturdays and some weeknight evenings.  Part-time hours: 20 per week
